Procrastination seeks to rob you of God's best in your life, seeking to rob you of your destiny in Christ Jesus Our Lord. Now you can learn how to cast it out of your life and be on your way to Manifesting Your Destiny In Jesus Christ the Lord.

Here are 5 steps to Overcome Procrastination once and for all.

Step1. Seek God For What You Should Be Doing.

Whenever thoughts of fear and procrastination, more than ever you need to seek God for what His will is for you in that particular time. It may be writing the first chapter of the book He has been leading you to write, and it may be asking for forgiveness after a bad break up of some sort.

Step2. Write The Vision and Make it plain.

Oh, yes, we're going back to Habakkuk. You've heard it many times, but you need to hear it again. Write the vision that God has given you that will be the outcome or better yet the greater outcome of you following through with that task that the devil is trying to steal from you. Once you've written it down on paper, write it on your heart. Let your will line up with God's Will.

Step3. Read The Word that the Lord gives you from His holy Word out loud.

Take the scriptures that apply directly to your circumstance and read them out loud. Life and death are in the power of the tongue(Proverbs 18:21). So in essence, by taking a select piece of scripture that identifies God's promise to you in that situation and speaking it out loud, you eliminate, the death that was been attempted by fear, and procrastination. And you replace that death with Life. Hallelujah! This is what Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ used when He was led up by the Spirit to be tempted by the devil. He used the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.

Step4. Focus Your Love for your neighbor in your actions.

Would you be a light in a world of darkness? Would you be willing to lay down your pride, and your momentary fears for the benefit of your friends? Let love reign in your heart. Let perfect love cast out all fear.

Step5. Be diligent in love when you're faced with fear.

By now, I'm sure that you can see how important love is in overcoming procrastination. We've identified the truth that perfect love casts out all fear. Love endures all things. There is a no-quit part of love. When fear, and doubt, rejection tries to cripple the mind, you'll find that heart filled with love presses on in spite of the circumstances. Let the Love that God has shed abroad in your heart , overflow into your life in all that you do and procrastination won't be able to gain a grip on you. In Jesus' Name you will overcome it.
