Usually as human beings we think about things we don't want - I don't want to be in traffic, I don't want to miss the plane, I don't want to be in this relationship anymore, I don't want this or that, etc. You get the idea. Some of these thoughts your thinking about are intensifying throughout the day. The more you think about them, the more they intensify, and the worse things get!
